Q: What is the format for this event?

A: This event will be a 5 Game Guarantee tournament with 4 pool games into a single elimination bracket.

Q: When will games be played?

A: Teams can expect to play pool games on Saturday and Sunday (games may start as early as 8 AM) and single-elimination bracket play on Monday, with games ending in the afternoon.

Q: When is check-in?

A: Managers will check in at an evening social on Friday, February 14, from 7-9 PM. Location TBD

Q: Will there be a split bracket in any of the divisions?

A: Should a division reach 16 or more teams, a split-bracket format will be implemented.

Q: Is this event Stay-to-Play?

A: Yes, this is a Stay-to-Play but in North Myrtle Beach this time of year hotel rates are very reasonable. Additional hotel information will be posted very soon!

Q: Will awards be given out?

A: There will be awards for 1st and 2nd place in all divisions. 3rd place will be given dependent upon the total number of teams in the division.
